Service Description

Reclaim Your Power™ is a culturally responsive coaching program designed specifically for Black neurodivergent women and educators experiencing burnout, chronic stress, and overextension. This program creates space to pause, reset, and rebuild in ways that honor your identity, lived experience, and the realities of navigating systems not built with you in mind. Grounded in the PROTECT Framework™, Reclaim Your Power™ supports participants in moving beyond survival mode by developing the awareness, tools, and strategies needed to navigate both internal demands and systemic pressures. The program centers the impact of cultural expectations, racial stress, and neurodivergence, while offering practical, supportive approaches to restore balance and reclaim agency. Through guided sessions, reflection, and skill-building, participants learn how to recognize patterns of burnout, understand their nervous system, and respond to stress in ways that support regulation rather than depletion. A strong focus is placed on boundary-setting, self-advocacy, and creating routines that are sustainable and aligned with your capacity. Reclaim Your Power™ is not about doing more—it is about doing differently. Participants are supported in identifying what is no longer serving them, redefining their capacity, and making intentional shifts that protect their time, energy, and well-being. This program is ideal for Black neurodivergent women who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves, and who are ready to reclaim their energy, their voice, and their power.
