Reclaim Your Power™: From Burnout to Boundaries
A sanctuary for minoritized neurodivergent women across the African diaspora, including multiethnic and mixed-race identities.
In this workshop, you’ll understand why you’ve been feeling this way—and begin reconnecting to yourself so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
This 90-minute workshop is a guided experience designed to help you understand why you’ve been feeling burned out, invisible, or disconnected from yourself—and begin reconnecting to who you truly are.
Through a combination of insight, reflection, and practical shifts, you’ll start to see your experience more clearly and take the first steps toward moving with confidence and self-trust.
