1. Services
NEUROLINK, LLC provides coaching, consultation, educational programming, professional development, workshops, trainings, and related services.

Services may include, but are not limited to:
• Reclaim Your Power™ Programs
• Grounded & Growing Parent™ Programs
• Rethinking Compliance™ Consulting
• Individual Coaching
• Group Coaching
• Parent Coaching
• Workshops and Trainings
• Professional Development
• Educational Resources

Participation in services does not establish a medical, psychological, counseling, therapeutic, legal, or fiduciary relationship unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration unless an approved payment arrangement has been established. By submitting payment, you authorize NEUROLINK, LLC to charge the selected payment method for all applicable fees. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Payment Plans
Participants enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of attendance, participation level, completion status, satisfaction, or utilization of services.

3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Program fees reserve a participant's place in a coaching program, workshop, consultation schedule, professional development event, training, or educational offering.

NEUROLINK, LLC does not provide refunds for:
• Coaching and Consultation services
• Group programs & Workshops
• Professional development events
• Digital resources & Educational materials

Failure to attend, complete, or participate in services does not entitle a participant to a refund, credit, or cancellation of payment obligations.

4. Transfers and Rescheduling
Participants may request a one-time transfer or rescheduling under the following conditions:
• Requests must be submitted in writing within ninety (90) days of purchase.
• Requests apply only to the same service originally purchased.
• Placement is subject to availability and discretion of NEUROLINK, LLC.

Requests must be submitted to: info@neurolinkllc.org. Requests are not approved unless written confirmation is provided.

5. Assumption of Risk
Participants understand that coaching, consultation, and related services may involve personal reflection, behavioral change, decision-making, and discussion of sensitive topics. Participation is voluntary. Participants assume all risks and accept full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

6. No Guarantee of Results
NEUROLINK, LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding any specific outcome. Individual results vary based upon numerous factors beyond our control, including personal, behavioral, educational, and professional variables.

7. Confidentiality
Coaching and consultation sessions are confidential within the limits of the law. NEUROLINK, LLC will not disclose client information to third parties without prior written consent, except where mandated by law or ethical obligations.

8. Professional Boundaries
Relationships between NEUROLINK, LLC and participants are strictly professional. NEUROLINK, LLC does not engage in multiple relationships that could impair professional judgment or increase the risk of exploitation.

9. Mandated Reporting
Dr. Amoy Hugh-Pennie is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Connecticut State Certified Teacher/Administrator and may be subject to legal reporting obligations. Information indicating suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, or threats of harm will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and program content provided by NEUROLINK, LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of NEUROLINK, LLC. This includes PROTECT™ Framework, H.O.L.D. Method™, and more. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without prior written permission.

11. Recording Policy
Participants may not record or share any session or program content without prior written authorization. NEUROLINK, LLC will provide notice when recordings are being made.

12. Participant Conduct
NEUROLINK, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant for conduct deemed disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate. Removal does not entitle a participant to any refund.

13. Technology
NEUROLINK, LLC is not responsible for interruptions or platform disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

14. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEUROLINK, LLC from any claims arising out of participation in services or misuse of materials.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEUROLINK, LLC shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any legal action shall be brought in a court located within the State of Connecticut.

18. Changes to Terms
NEUROLINK, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
