Professional Disclaimer for Neurolink, LLC
The following information outlines the scope, limitations, and professional standards of the services provided by NEUROLINK, LLC.
1. Scope and Nature of Services
Neurolink, LLC provides two distinct types of services. While the owner holds a Ph.D. and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst–Doctoral (BCBA-D), not all services offered through this platform are clinical in nature.
 Clinical Services Â
Clinical Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are evidence-based medical treatments         typically provided to individuals with a diagnosis (for example, Autism). These services may        include functional assessments, data-driven intervention plans, and other medically            necessary supports. When appropriate, these services may be billable to insurance.
Parent / Neurodivergent Life Coaching Services Â
Parent and neurodivergent life coaching services are non-clinical, educational, and consultative. Coaching is designed to support individuals and families in working toward personal, relational, and wellness goals. Coaching services offered through this platform are separate and distinct from licensed mental health counseling, psychotherapy, clinical psychology, or clinical behavior analysis. Coaching services do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any mental health disorder, psychiatric condition, or medical ailment and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
2. Confidentiality and Its Limits
Information shared in sessions is treated as private and is not disclosed to others without your consent, except in specific situations required by law and professional ethics. - There is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or disabled person. There is an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others. There is a valid court order or subpoena requiring disclosure.
3. Ethical Boundaries and Multiple Relationships
To maintain professional integrity and comply with the BACB Ethics Code, Neurolink, LLC does not engage in multiple relationships that could impair objectivity or create conflicts of interest. Specifically, the provider will not serve as both a clinical BCBA and a life coach for the same client or their immediate family members.
4. Fees and Billing
Â
Clinical Services
Clinical services may be billed to insurance when medical necessity criteria are met and when appropriate payer agreements are in place.
Â
Coaching Services
Coaching services are private pay only. Payment is due at the time of service. Neurolink, LLC does not provide superbills or documentation for insurance reimbursement for coaching services.
